Prep Dish

I was so so wrong. Emily has been telling me about Prep Dish for FIVE YEARS. And I kept thinking it couldn’t be as good as she said - I mean, SHE likes to cook. So I just nodded my head and went about my merry way. Except it wasn’t so merry because I was STRUGGLING in the kitchen. Big time.

I tried Home Chef meals and while they worked for awhile, I still found myself not wanting to even prep the meal that they sent me. Then I tried Oven Ready Meals from Home Chef - which were great and exactly what I wanted as far as spending the least amount of time in the kitchen as possible - but then each meal was slowly draining my bank account and gradually starving my family. Very small portions for very large dollars.

I finally just decided to try the Prep Dish 2 Week Free Trial. It sat in my inbox for another month until I finally printed the meals out and decided to start.

I’m forever changed.

It’s the absolute best thing ever.

I spend 1-2 hours in the kitchen dirtying lots of knives and dishes and then I’m DONE for the whole week. I barely pull out a knife for the rest of the week. It’s magical.

TRUST ME.

Here are all the subscription levels. It’s mad-cheap. But if you’re unsure, try the 2 week free trial first!

FAQs about Prep Dish:

How does it work?
Your Prep Dish Week will come with three pages. Page 1 - grocery list. Page 2 - Prep Day Instructions. Page 3 - Dish Day Cooking Instructions. Just follow each page step by step! I schedule a grocery pickup Saturday night, pick groceries up Sunday, and meal prep Monday morning.

Can you choose the meals?
You can choose between a few meal “types” - low-carb, paleo, gluten free, and super fast! Each one has four meals for the week as well as a few snacks/breakfast items. You’ll want to cook all four meals in the order she prints them. As you cook Day 1, you’ll often also be cooking something for Day 3. It’s highly efficient and well thought out.

How many people does it feed?
The recipes are for a family of four. You can adjust the recipe to fit your family.

Do you have to buy new storage containers?
You don’t if you already have some you love. I followed Prep Dish’s advice and ordered Snapware Pyrex. I LOVE them. I would order this 10 piece set and then a few of the large 8-9 cup size storage containers. I might even try out some of these 11 cup containers. I’m using more of the bigger sizes than the small. But the 1 cup size is great for the sauces!

I promise you’ll love it.
