Cordless Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner

Well, my life has officially changed with the purchase of the Tineco iFLOOR3 Cordless Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner. I’m not joking one bit. It’s amazing. I’ve used it daily for OVER four months now and I’d purchase it 100x over.

Here are the best things about it:

It vacuums up wet and dry items off the floor. A cereal spill? Just bust out the Tineco and it’ll simultaneously clean the cheerios and the milk with one pass. I don’t even vacuum anymore before I mop. My Dyson has sat alone in the closet since we moved in - only coming out to tackle the rugs..

It also SELF CLEANS itself. This is another of my favorite parts. Every so often you’ll get a notification on the top of the vacuum that it would like to self clean. You put it back on the charging station and push the self clean button and it rinses it’s own brush and flushes the system out into the dirty water canister. This doesn’t mean YOU don’t need to also maintain and clean the vacuum on a regular basis, but I love that it helps you clean places you couldn’t reach inside.

The dirty water and clean water tanks are separate and SUPER easy to change. My only complaint is that they aren’t big enough. The clean water tank empties fairly quickly and the dirty water tank needs emptied more often than I’d like. But, it is very satisfying to SEE the dirty water that you’re sucking up into the tank.

Emptying the dirty water tank is fairly easy. I take it to the kitchen sink, pull off the top and set it on the counter (you have to be careful not to get the filter wet or you’ll have to let it air dry for 24 hours. It does come with an extra filter in case you do get it wet, though), dump out the dirty water and dirt from the canister into the sink, and then I take one paper towel and wipe out the debris in the top section with the filter so I don’t have to worry about getting it wet.

Only con? It’s not great at getting stuck messes off the floor. I find myself needing to sometimes bend down and scrape something sticky up with my fingernail and then I can vacuum it up with the Tineco. But it’s AMAZING for fresh spills and dirt. My floors have never felt cleaner.

The version I have also doesn’t get super close to the baseboards, so if I’m wanting to deep clean the whole room, I just sweep along the baseboards and push the dirt into the middle of the floor first. Easy peasy.

I got my mom this version of the mop that DOES get close to the baseboards, and I might soon be upgrading to it.

Highly HIGHLY recommend - especially if you have lots of tile or hardwood in your home!
